The Strategic Action Plan will provide the framework within which offshore renewable energy can be developed.
It identifies a programme of enabling actions which will be essential to the development of this resource.

The main deliverable of the SEA is the Environmental Report.
This presents the background to, and full methodology and results of the environmental assessment.
The Environmental Report including the Non-Technical Summary was published in December 2009 for public consultation.

The 12 week public consultation period was completed on 8th March 2010.
